Envoy had built a network of 16,000+ workplaces and properties globally. As they added new products like Deliveries and expanded their platform, they faced growing performance challenges and needed to evolve their API architecture.

We helped shift to GraphQL, which allowed for a more flexible and efficient API for their mobile apps. We optimized critical code paths and reduced unnecessary server requests — all while keeping the existing system running smoothly.
